Wah liao, EQ staff really &*%$$@! How can they be so unfair (as compared
to Paladin which never fail to lay hand)? They shld make it that it CANNOT
be resisted yet it only reduce the CURRENT HP of the victim. Eg, 1st TSK
reduce monster HP life (100%) by half, and 2nd TSK can only reduce it by
half of current 50% HP, ie 25%, which left the monster with 25% HP. ;(
