All the elves and shorties have around the same EXP penalty, around 20%

Humans don't have penalty

Erudites and Barbarian level up a little bit faster than elves/shorties, around
10%

Ogre has a worse EXP penalty than elves/shorties, 25% I think

Trolls has the worse, at least 30% I estimate it to be 50%
