Err, 10 min per spawn? Hmm, then we must try there one of these day. Pls
tell us exactly which spot in the 3 bird tower island? Thx.

p/s: The DoT effect may make it a better weap with more dam than screaming
mace ;) WCS is a lore item (which mean not more than 1 per char), it's
supposed to be given to another npc for a better stave. Any idea who to
give this staff to?
