hmm as a retired trucker I'm used to eating what I want when I want so if I want bacon and eggs at 5pm instead of 8am guess I have no common sense lol

Too bad most of the people playing don't have common sense. Maybe they can get the tech team to make up a list of 4 questions to ask first, to see if the person that they are talking to has common sense.

1) Do you wash your dishes before putting them in the cubbard?
2) Do you put your shoes on before or after your socks?
3) Do you eat dinner in the morning or evening?
4) Do you gas up your car before or after you run out of gas?

If the customer has common sense, proceed to the edited (B) version of tech support, if not, revert to the old version.

I suggest telling whoever you are interviewing to tell the big guys at SOE to get a tech support team that actually knows what they are talking about and a team that assumes we have common sense.

I was not aware that pulling was taken from you. Please do not tell my monks. They are still happily pulling, and doing it well.

Ummmmmm, ok if you say so.  I'm still paying my
subscription so I am "dealing with it" obviously.  My
problem is not a small one.  Bards have a role, monks
do not.  We can't tank.  We can't harmony.  We can't
do melee damage like a Rogue or a Warrior.  We are too
stupid for trade skills (although that's what I spend
most of my game time doing since groups only pick up
monks as one of the "extra one or two".

The idea of a monk class does rock, I agree, but since
they took pulling away from us, and they took tanking
away from us, all we can do is lay down and play dead
and hope for a charitable group to pick us up once in
a while.

That's a thing.
