No I spoke to a GM once about that as I had deleted a character I didn't like and wanted to reuse her name for my new one, they said the only way to change the first name was to make her over again and hope they approved it his time. As I had got her outfitted and hitting the way I wanted to at that time I really didn't want to get rid of my little pally on the chance they would let me have the name back.
