blunt and so on cap at level +1 times 3.  Offense and Defense follow the<br/>
regular cap rules, as you stated them.<br/>

  No mstokes those formulas are not correct. The skill lvl formula, and this<br/>
applies to all skills except languages, trade skills, swimming and stuff<br/>
like that, is:<br/>
<br/>
  your lvl times 5 plus 5<br/>
<br/>
  so at lvl 1 your cap is 10<br/>
  at lvl 4 your cap is 25<br/>
