    No mstokes those formulas are not correct. The skill lvl formula, and this applies to all skills except languages, trade skills, swimming and stuff like that, is:<br/>
     <br/>
    your lvl times 5 plus 5<br/>
     <br/>
    so at lvl 1 your cap is 10<br/>
    at lvl 4 your cap is 25<br/>
