OK, I'm not quite sure how to explain this, but I'll do my best. First of
all the library is in 3rd Gate. There are basically 3 big buildings in 3rd
gate, the stores are the smaller buildings. These three building are the
thiefs guild, the necro guild, and the library. The necro guild you may
know is behind one of the other 2 big buildings, either the thief guild or
the library. If the library is not in front of the necro guild, then it is
the other big building in 3rd gate. Just look around for it, won't take you
long, it's hard to miss. Sorry I couldn't be more precise, I've been
playing another character lately, so it's been a little while since I was in
neriak.
