It's been awhile for me too, but I think in addition to all the advice
thus given, you may need a Credit Card to get the account activated.
You get 30(?) days free trial, then afterwards they begin charging the
account unless you cancel.

Returning to Tunare after spending a few dozen levels on Torv and Lanys.
