It's always good to make yourself available to people posting here for
advise; but the suggestion for a newbie to subscribe to a class-specific
list is a very good one.
You often don't know what you don't know - so don't even know what questions
to ask. By "listening in" on others questions a new person can learn things
they never knew to ask about.

I would suggest however that you also subscribe to egroup list for EQ that
pertains to your particular class. Those lists are generally much more
active and helpful.
