I met a halfling NPC in Rivervale who offered a collection quest. His
name was Samuel Peltzgum. He gave me a combining rucksack and a list
of clues for the mission. I have been puzzling about the clues,
finding this mission a bit cryptic. While defending myself from
skeleton warriors in East Commonlands, I aquired a rusty halberd. When
I looted it, the halberd dropped into the rucksack.

I saw a similar NPC in Kaladim, I think it was. Anyone know of a help
site for this particular quest?
