One way to do it, after you put at least one point in
each of the Specialize's, and you've made the decision
about which line you want to specialize in (i.e.
alteration), find a level 1 spell that uses alteration
and cast it on yourself until Specialize Alteration
hits 51. After that, none of the others will go above
lvl 50 and you are "officially" specialized in
alteration. :)
