I actually suspect that jumjum juice loading on bixies is a bug - after
all, how
are these 3inch high bixies managing to tote around 10lb crates of jumjum
juice ? And why ? 8)
Lscent Tagglefoot in the druids guild will give you the quest AND the
juice,
your part is just to take it to Xanuusus. I managed to get Lscent to give
the
quest ot my monk so it is not druid only.
Unfortunately the Xanuusus quest is bugged. Xanuusus is just too big -
if you attempt to give him an item, the main part of his body is so far
away from you that the trade is immediately broken, just like when you
walk away from someone.
Apparently you can cast levitate, jump off a nearby mountain and
hand it to him, but I am told that the quest reward is insignificant for
the amount of effort involved.

The jumjum juice is not THAT rare. But you don't find it on all the bixies.
The quest starts in RiverVale (Halflings), which is a zone or two from
Freeport. I don't know exactly what the NPC name is but it is by the farm
(aka. Druid guild). And I'm not sure if it is a druid only quest.
