The jumjum juice is not THAT rare. But you don't find it on all the bixies.
The quest starts in RiverVale (Halflings), which is a zone or two from
Freeport. I don't know exactly what the NPC name is but it is by the farm
(aka. Druid guild). And I'm not sure if it is a druid only quest.
