Hi, i've lurked on the list for a while, but now I finally have something intelligent to say =)

I've played a lot of different characters on eq, but the beastlord has been the most fun for me...

Beastlords get new pets at lvl 9, 15, 22, 30, 39 etc... you can only have one pet, but trust me, the new pets at each level are much more powerful than the lower level ones, when you get the lvl 15 pet, you will never want to go back to the lvl 9 pet.

Some of the best info for beastlords can be found at www.eqbeastlord.com they have a full list of Spells, information about each new Warder and lots of guides about where to hunt, there are also message boards there, so it's easy to find expert advice from high level beastlords. (at the moment the message borads are broken, a temporary forum has been set up at http://pub140.ezboard.com/beqbeastlord until the boards are up and running again).

I hope that this helps =)

I have a question I know that a beastlord gets a pet at level 9.  What happens when he gets the new pet at higher levels does the old one go away for the new one or can he have more than one pet.  I mean if you get a new pet spell and the old warder is powerful why would you  take a new one if the old one is powerful or is the new one even more powerful?  I am starting a beastlord on the Drinal server by the name of Jubar and Vah Shir.  any help would be appreciative.  Thank you for your
