I've been told by the phone company that they are not required to give me an
internet line and that they are only legally obligated to give me about 9k
of bandwidth. Nevermind that I can't use more than one phone at a time and
still get a connection. The lower the bandwidth the less phones you can use.
I was told that with my bandwidth I can't have more than 4 phones working--
but I don't even have 4 phones working. 2 ring but only one can work if
picked up.

Any idea on where I can find the rules and regulations for my area?
