I think in the very least Verant should provide guidelines on how to keep
your computer secure and safe. I'd even be willing to pay extra if they had
their own virus/trojan checker. All the ones I try to dl don't work. Plus
tech support for eq often tell people to turn off their virus scanners and
firewalls while playing. They seem to expect the users to adjust their
systems to accept the changes made to EQ rather than adjusting EQ to work
with the users systems.
