Are there any other kinds of spells that don't work on PVP? Just so I'm
not spending time trying to cast something that just plain won't work? : )

And what's the level difference that can attack?

It used to work, can't remember the facts about the change tho. Think it
had
something to do with they had to hardcode charm so it didnt work anymore
since people charmed others and sent them on uber guards =P

Why wouldn't the spell Fear work on a PvP server? I mean, I can see its
obvious problems, but it's as bad as root or probably other similar spells.
