something to do with they had to hardcode charm so it didnt work anymore<br/>
since people charmed others and sent them on uber guards =P<br/>

Why wouldn&#39;t the spell Fear work on a PvP server?  I mean, I can see its<br/>
obvious problems, but it&#39;s as bad as root or probably other similar spells.<br/>
