but I&#39;ve never seen him ni my 100+ hours in SKarana (with trackers), nor<br/>
heard of him spawning. He drops the Ring of the Ancients. Nice +5 int belt.<br/>
Turn in the belt, a shadowed rapier (from shadowmen), and some amount of<br/>
gold (2500 gold seems like it, dont&#39; remember), and recieve the Jboots.<br/>
Quest given is Hasten Bootstrutter in Rathe Mountians. He and Brother Zeyphl<br/>
&lt;sp?&gt; trde spots, Brother Z being up much more common that Hasten.<br/>

There are Jourenymaqns boots which do as you describe but are very rare<br/>
drops and a quest. <br/>
The rare part is an ancient cyclops in Rathe Mountains I believe. <br/>
The froglok totem is droped of froglok ton warriors and is part of a 4part<br/>
quest. <br/>
The purpose of the quest is to get your Iksar illusion, which I beleive is a<br/>
20th lelve spell. <br/>
