will give you a form of level 9ish or so Spirit of the Wolf (SoW gets faster<br/>
as the caster goes up in levels, the JBoots sow is slower than 99% of the<br/>
SoWs you&#39;ll get from players, but faster than 95% of the mobs in the game).<br/>

Quest is long and hard, and ye need to be atleast 30th level to do it in a<br/>
group in SRo, or 40ish level in OOT. Read the spoiler around on various web<br/>
sites, like EQ&#39;Lizer.<br/>

Froglok totem, if your on this list, should have been explained over several<br/>
times. Don&#39;t know what ye mean with thequestion is it like the water crystal<br/>
staff. Only thing similar between the two is that they are both LORE items<br/>
(can only have one at a time).<br/>
