Maybe mesmerize is actually broken (in a good way for us) and does too much?<br/>

Now I&#39;m confused about what memory blur is supposed to do.  So is it just a<br/>

level mesmerize without the stun?<br/>

The stratics spell list says the NPC forgets about player.  So does this mean<br/>
mesmerize is actually better than blur - except its a lower level spell?<br/>
