Get shock of Ice. Much better mana/dmg ratio, plus I seemed to have a
quicker casting time. I'm at lvl 16 and I still have it memorize (though I
very rarely use it).. I stopped memorizing Fire Bolt at level 12, was just
no need for it anymore.
