For me it all depends on the group I'm with. I have one group that's very
patient, and so I do alot of nuking with them. 4-5 shocks of lightning.
They're content to trade of waiting around and guarding me while I med to
taking reams of damage and then having me finish it off. The other group I'm
with I have to let the tanks get beaten on for about 1 to 1.5 bubbles and
then take the thing down. They're impatient, but not willing to run around
while hurt. I med faster then they heal. I'll let the monsters beat on them
a little longer if the Shaman or Cleric's along. If we're ALL sitting
around, then no one complains. I just can't stand the fact that I'm still
given less than my due because I don't go wading into combat. For some
reason they think less of me because of it. They're not taking into account
that I'm doing 80% of the total damage to kill everything. I'm no longer
with this group. : )
