couldn't have said it better.

my lvl 24 analysis:
probably win blues (lvl 18-19): if i don't kill it, i screwed up. usually
have 50% mana left.
risky blues (lvl 20-21): kill about 70% of the time, run about 30% of the
time. if successful, usually have about 10% to 20% mana left (the 30% i run
is due to fizzles/resists or just plain stupidity).
dangerous blues (lvl 22-23): don't mess with solo unless near zone... great
exp if successful. long downtime though. usually run out of mana.

note: above is solo'ing numbers. since hitting lvl 25, i havent solo'ed.

any of you othe lvl 25+ wizzies out there know if we're gonna get any other
blue con than "formidable" (every blue i've conned has been "formidable").
i really liked the three tier blue cons we got from lvl 18-24.

ps. haha, whites are now "gamble", and yellows are now "wipe the ground with
your face". slowly but surely, that group thingy is becoming more and more
important.
