The maximum Defense skill per lvl is 5 * lvl. At your current lvl, your
Defense skill should be maxxed at 60, this is probably why the lvl 13 wizard
you spoke with has a higher Defense than you. You cannot gain any skills by
fighting green creatures, they must be blue or above. Hope that helps ;)
