Yes but you have to be careful with Root and a tank. If you root a mob and
someone attackes it (like a warrior) and Hits, it nullifies the root effect.
At least this is my experience with it. Rotting only really works if your
warrior backs off and doesn't hit them anymore while you pound it with
spells.

This doesn't damage, and wont attract the monsters attention more than the
dmg that the tank has already caused. Watch your text window.. if the
monsters feet adhere to the ground.. burn.
