I get invis at 8. Maybe I'll try to sneak into town and see what my faction is....I might be kos to guards but not necessarily all of the npcs.

How do Iksar normally get off Kunark? I'd imagine you're not KOS in the
outpost, so you can do the quests. If I'm wrong, you'll have to wait for
L34, and then turn them in while using Call of Bones.
