I know my Iksar monk was KOS in Overthere. I had to run around the side wall
and hope the boat as it passed over me in the water to get off the
continent.

How do Iksar normally get off Kunark? I'd imagine you're not KOS in the
outpost, so you can do the quests. If I'm wrong, you'll have to wait for
L34, and then turn them in while using Call of Bones.
