I'd say go with the iskar personaly.

1. forage --lets you trades skills without others brewing and cooking - once
your 60 oull want something to do

2 . Regen --- great for necros with our life/mana

3. your city has all the spells Why DE guildmasters arnt capable of selling
spells I don't know.

I agree on stat points Im max at 200 with about 300 hp items and now trying
to get agility up. Lots more intel items out there.

Erudite is good seeing alot of items now for eru/hum only cons tough life to
