<div id="ygrps-yiv-1899944260">I am almost lvl 13 now, and I&#39;ve cast a LOT of pets with the lvl 12 pet spell...<br/>
<br/>
Every single one has been blue.  My guess is that it really casts a lvl 9 to 11  or 10<br/>
to 11 pet.<br/>
