lake rathetear. kill jonah brucker til L16 (better have money. he is one
broke mofo). after 16, when you have your pet, you can solo aviak guards.
at L20 you can solo a two spawn. this should get you easily to 23. at 24,
hogging a two spawn, i only gained 1 bar after about 2 hrs. it is a good
place to max your dodge skill, which you will get at L22.
