More or less, the numbers represent a co-ordinate in the zone. A zone is
basically a glorified piece of graph paper

The first number represent where you are in the east-west line(or X-axis) of the
zone and the second number represent where you are from the north-south line(or
y axis).

Bascially, change one of your social hotkey to /loc by right-clicking it, then
drag it to your hotkey section.

Example on how to use locate:

Senerio at Enteri's House Zone
Party consist of: Sereph and Aaleku
Event: Party got lost

Aaleku: Ser, where are you?
Sereph: I'm beside Enteri's Kitchen, looking at the knifes
Aaleke: Locate?
Sereph: 111, neg 222

*Now, you press your hotkey and found your locate to be 444, 555, so, you move a
bit in a random direction and check your loc again.

If it does not change correctly(in this example, your X and Y must decrease) you
move to another direction and repeat until it does, that keep following that
direction until either the X or Y co-ordinates match.

When the X or Y co-ordinate match, try to find the direction in which The X or Y
co-ordinate don't change much, but the Y or X co-ordinate decreases or increases
corretly to your destination.

As a general rule, you can see anything within a 30-50 co-ordinate radius
easily, now back to our example*

Aaleku: Okay, I'll be there soon

*10mins later, Aaleku manage to arrive at Enteri's kitchen. Aaleku and Sereph
looted off with all the kitchen parangs and the stuff in the fridge*
