I don't know about best weapon, but my enchanter was using a Staff of Writhing(the Priest of
Discord's staff). Damage 9, delay 33 I think. Randomly cast chaotic feedback(48 damage + 2sec
stun). A 1h blunt weapon.
Staff of the observers is Damage 12, delay 35 I think. Holds charges of Sentinel and adds to
mana/wis/int (can't remember how much)
