Sometimes back at Innoruuk, sometimes at prexus. The whole guild is a
bit gila gila...... So to be safe, start at Innoruuk. Gnomes and Erudite
Necros have bad factions within their own city IOWs, they buy things
more expensive.

They won't be KOS by thier own people unless you worsen the faction
rating.
