it was missed, anyway...<br/>

I read that human char has advantage in rising lvl, does that mean if a <br/>
human wiz and a elf wiz both start a new char and team up to fight, human <br/>
wiz will gain xp and rise lvl faster the the elf wiz?<br/>
<br/>
If this is true, what is the penalty like?  Any percentage?  How abt amg <br/>
all non-human races - eg compare troll vs half-elf or dward vs ogre?<br/>
