Same feeling. For pple like us who can only login like 2-3 hrs a day,
kinda difficult to do big things in EQ (imagine the time spend on
"taxi-ing" everyone just to gather for plane raids). I'm looking forward
to Horizon and I've started sending proposal to their development team
giving them feedback and comments (based on my experience with UO, EQ, and
D2).

This game is VERY SOLID, and the concept behind the project is very cool.
Imagine 15 races (more than EQ, including vampire, demon, angel and
dragon!!), skill-based (versatile like UO, so u dun get caught in a
specific class when it's nerfed, hehe), 4 times land size of EQ, real 3D
(ie adventure in land, sea and air!!! Not just swiming in EQ but the real
adventure is also found in sea and air!!!), etc etc. Beta out Q1 2001.

Currently the hottest topics on the mailing is abt the beta test
application for Anarchy Online, a science friction based massive online
RPG. Subscribe to the mailing list for more local news and we will all go
to the same server this time ;)
EQ need to come out with more features (and less frustration). The new UO
development team has already improve UO by alot (not just adding more mobs,
quests or exploring land). With so many new massive online coming up, the
exisitng one must buck up in order to retain their customers.
