Actually the server is up all the time. The only time it's down is when u
can't even login to Bnet. If u can login to Bnet but unable to create a
game (with msg server is down), tat's becoz Blizzard has come out with a
temp soln to limit the number of games payable in server. So if u wanna
play, u can either join any existing games (prvided game not full), or keep
trying to create game.
Tat's why I say it's better for a few of us to try creating games at one
time. Once a game is created, the other kakis just join in (with pw of
coz). Somemore I think D2 xp still very good even grping. Blizzard is now
trying to solve the latency prob, hope they can get the server work
properly asap.
