Dino Xp is not that good.

The best xp comes from continuous low blues that your group can handle
without losing efficiency (by wasting mana on heals etc.)

The group composition could prolly take the dino down but will take a fairly
long time, if the wiz and mage can actually nuke the dino. One class may
have to kite the dino, like the enc after he tashania's the dino since he is
almost useless against the dino (nukes high resist against a level 50 mob).
The agro range of the dino isn't that big, prolly like your average mob. You
can med at the SE corner of the island safely (in fact you can med at almost
all parts of the beach if you are close to the sea)

Tip #1. Dont camp for items on low level dungeons, unless you need them
ASAP, such as perma and sola.
Tip #2. Bind yourself in a safe spot in the dungeon and just gate in
everyday you login/logout or whenever you are free. Sooner or later you will
get the spawn up with the item you desire. Trust me =) And you will not
waste any time at all.
