reducting the rate for cable modem and ADSL connection, ie lower than the <br/>
current rate.  I guess very soon we will hear some GOOD news.  For those <br/>
who can wait, better wait for the new rates before going for those one year <br/>
&#39;bond&#39;.<br/>
