What do u think is the problem here? Does the problems lies with SingTel/SCV or
it lies with Verant?

Cable is prolly slightly better.
Morning to Evening ping is abt 180-250 with a pl of 0-10% but as it gets
later,it gets worse however the worst Ive gotten this past few weeks is
600+ping 30%pl..thats at about 11pm.
The ping starts to get higher after 6pm all the way to the laggiest point at
11pm however this does not occur that often.Usually during weekends =)
This is according to the Lans Vytl,Prexus Server
