my guildmembers told me that I need good faction [up to amiable?]with the knights of thunder b4 Bro Hayle will hand me soulfire,is this true?

Ive got the hilt,note and testament,and creaming Lucan soon,so after this I still have to get good faction with Knightsof Thunder ?[qeynos pally guild]

And how deep in paw is hayle,will have problems getting to him after the revamped paw?
