Here's what I did to complete the quest.
First, I raised faction with one person in Rathe Mountains to start the
quest going. In this case, I chose the highelf lady who would give the
Breastplate quest. She belongs to Clerics of Tunare faction so to raise
faction, go to West Freeport the second floor of an inn (the only inn i
think, near monks guild), you will find a dwarf. Go buy a lot of muffins
from the bakery in West Freeport and start feeding the dwarf. Put the
muffins in 4s. So it would be 4, 4, 4, 4. Each 4 is 1 slot. Then click give
and you will receive 16 faction increases. Keep doing this until you feed
about 200-300 (Estimate). Then the highelf cleric in rathe mountains will
give you a quest to return to her 2 dark cauldrons. This brings you to the
second part of the quest.
Head to Mistmoore, go invisible, best to do with a level 50 wizard, go
past the graveyard, down the tunnel, up the hill, through the castle gates,
past the gargs, turn left and walk to the end, turn right at the leftmost
door, walk past some mobs to the next door, turn left, turn right, go
through the first door. You can get a map of Mistmoore in this case...
Inside, you will find the Mistmoore cooks (ancille cooks). 2 of them and 1
random creature. All of them will fall under 1 Ice comet but they all can
HT, my level 50 paladin friend had to use LOH in this case to break the
spawns. After killing them, spend about 4-6 hrs camping to get 4 dark
cauldrons. (2 for my paladin friend, 2 for my paladin). Return the 2 dark
cauldrons and receive your breastplate mold.
Now, go to Sro, bring about 150pp along, head to the Northwest corner of
Sro, you will find a camp with a orc and a erudite. Give 3pp to the erudite
to receive a faction increase with temple of solusek ro. Keep giving money
until the erudite cons amiable to you.
After that, head to Freeport and start training smithing skill. I used
my wizard equipment to boost my dwarf int to 127 and took 9 continuous hours
to train blacksmithing to 101. To learn how to smith, go to

About 50% of the quest is completed.
We have to make bar of ronium now.
We need 5 things to make bar of ronium
1. 2 enchanted platinum bars. Get this from a 34+ enchanter friend,
costs 105ppX2 = 210pp
2. Sand of Ro. Get a SG killing group. Kill about 5 SGs get 1 Sand of
Ro.
3. Soil of Underfoot. Head to LesserFay western most fairy camp. Start
chopping at faeries and get 4 fairy dust. Get 200 bone chips and start
giving them to the dwarvern paladin in Kaladim 4 at a time to raise faction
to kindly. Give 4 fairy dust to the Cleric Priestess in Kaladim to receive
Soil of Underfoot
4. Melatite. Go to SolA and start chopping at CWG. Clockwork gnomes.
Those that are modelled CWG XC, MC or MB. About 1 in 10 will posesss
Melatite.
5. Mistmoore Granite. While I was at Mistmoore just now, we camped 2 hrs
for 2 Mistmoore Granite. There are 2 Gargs spawned inside the castle. Just
as you enter. Note this gargs must be level 30+ (flouting, etc.) not those
outside (sneering, jeering, grinning).
Get a druid to teleport you back to Lavastorm, walk to Temple of Solusek
Ro. Hail Lord Searfire, ask him what is ronium and follow his cues,
eventually you will get a cauldron. Now boost your wisdom to however high
you can. Mine was 162. Put the 5 things into the 6 slot cauldron. Note:
Seperate the 2 enchanted platinum bars into 1,1. Pray, click combine and get
bar of Ronium. Get the druid to teleport you to butcherblock, run to
kaladim, find the forge near the warriors guild, put the mold and the bar of
ronium inside. Pray, click combine and get Breastplate of Ro.
Total Time Taken : 27 Hrs
Stats : AC 18 +4 STR +10 SV Fire
And so what did Brad's Rangers get?
AC 19 +3 STR +3 WIS +30 HP
And how hard is their quest?
Get item : 1) Skull of Meldrath (mino caves - newbie zone) 2) Rune of
Ivy from thistle brownie (lesser fay - newbie zone) 3) 1 Ruby (store bought)
