Almost sure chance of dropping it, unless you get the rubicite greaves from

it
Tae Ew Templar is 20 min spawn, but usually there is something else as
placeholder.
Ancient Crocodile is 2hr-6hr spawn, but you have to clear the 3 crocodiles
there to make it spawn
