Only about 1 week ago that Singnet got problems with Cerfnet. Its not the
downloading part its the uploading part. My pings using Singnet to Prexus is
150 average as receiving and 200-400 as uploading. Using Pacnet its like
500-700 receiving and 400-1000 uploading. Singnet connected at 50666. Pacnet
connected at 45333.
Maybe Singnet users should email them and request for a fix asap.
Once the Singnet problem is fixed. I will use Singnet back again because
Pacnet is really slow (even downloading webpages).
BTW: For wizs. Attempt to do the Ice Comet Quest as soon as you think you
can. The Staff of the Wheel (dmg 10 delay 100 +10 int +10 hp +10 mana weight
1.0 [only!]) is simply a prized weapon when used with glowing stein. (total
combo of 20 int and some additional mana) This beats the Staff of the
Observers anytime.
