I think for all kakis to enjoy this game, lvl different shldn't be too big. So, take a look ard u, who the following characterics:

- Highest lvl goon (time for him to slow down a bit to let other gain lvl)
- Can play during work (can perform his GM duties even when working)
- Can play long hr (can organise activities and perform guild duties)
- No life (self-explanatory)

Anyone with the a/m elements (other than the last points, where most kakis posses) will get my nomination ;)
