Doh, really? I still see my other casting skills rising after my spec
evoke rise above 100. Hmm, wait, I haven't stay in town nuking myself
since lvl 24 (7th circle). Maybe I'm seeing msg that 'plain' casting
skills r rising, not spec. Let me do some 'training' within this week and
give u guys a definite answer ;)
