Heh, not to discourage u, but if you team with me, u will get no XP.
That's the reason why I didnt team with the local lvl 8-9 monks when I'm
new, coz EQ is such that you won't get any XP if u team with someone more
than 2 (or 3?) lvl higher than u. Guess you shld be able to gain lvl
pretty fast in the begining, then we try teaming later. H/w, dark-elf is
comsidered evil, dunno if u will have any trouble coming to other race's
regions?
I normally buy water flask and fish cakes. Most of the time if I team with
magi or cleric, they will be more than happy to summon food/drink for me.
Just dun get conned to buy summoned food, they will disappear when u
logout. I ever buy from a magi and she told me as long as I bank it in b4
I log, it wil still be there. MY FOOT! I cant bank those sumooned food,
as well as the dimension bag (summoned bags) she sold me. Wasted my 2gp -
u know how many times a weak newbie wiz like me need to die in order to
save a gp? ;(
