Why JBoot is so impt? I thot it got something close to SoW but with
charges right? If I'm not wrong, EQ is now trying to reduce higher-lvl
player loot stuffs for lower lvl players. Eg for Observer staff, when u
1st loot it, it got 1-49 charges of sentienl(?) effect but once u pass it
to someone (give or sell), it will automatically reduce to one charge. So
if that Fboot got charges (and if this reducing charge thingy affect it),
it's not very useful liao, correct?
To me, the most impt is those artifact tat give me INT (remember I said I
only pump my INT by 5 point when I create char? sigh), DEX and AGI. The
rest not so impt to me, AC also kinda useless. Best is to have a2HB weap
with some unlimited dam spell effect (not charges, small dam also shiok).
Knn like tat Stormblade, got unlimited lvl 49 spell effect, who stil wanna
be casters? ;(
