At your level, give willowisps a shot. they range
from 9-11
You can sell lightstones to merchants for almost a
plat, and greater lightstones for almost 4, or you can sell to players for
around 6pp. They give pretty good exp too, you should fly up pretty
quick
best place for wisps off the top of my head
are:
1) West commons, in the area between toll booth and
druid ring
2) the isle in Erud's Crossing. Take the boat from
Qeynos -> Erudin and there will be a stop halfway
3) Qeynos Hills, at the area right after you zone
from qeynos up to the road

are on the Nameless server, I would
go to the East Commons and join the
Orc group camps.
They often drop deathfist belts, which people will
pay
4 to 5 plat for each one.
